Ayush Kashyap is a highly motivated second-year MBBS student at AIIMS Patna with a deep passion for learning and contributing to the healthcare field. He was the 1st and People's Choice Award winner at the National Pedagogy Competition 2023 and has achieved national recognition as a finalist at the prestigious Google Science Fair in 2019 and securing first place in national business plan competitions at VYAPAAR (CIILE) and BIT Mesra.Academically, Ayush has earned distinctions in challenging subjects like Physiology and Biochemistry. He has actively participated in research, presenting at the KAIZEN conference and earning third place in both presentations and posters. Additionally, he won the best e-poster research presentation at AIIMS Deoghar at the First National Conference on Tobacco Use amongst Tribal Communities. Ayush has also been involved in various extracurricular activities, winning competitions in yoga, debate (NMO Bihar), and essay writing.Ayush has contributed to the healthcare community by serving as a delegate at the Vidyarthi & Visheshgya Meet (American College of Physicians India Chapter) and participating as a member of the organizing committee for the International Conference of the Indian Academy of Biochemical Sciences. He has also had an observership at Tata Main Hospital, Jamshedpur in Pediatrics. Moreover, he is a member of the National Medicos Organisation.Ayush's diverse skills in technology, communication, and leadership make him well-equipped to contribute meaningfully to the healthcare field. He is currently working as a Network Specialist at Jamshedpur Medicos Network, serving as the Editor-in-Chief and Information Technology specialist at Synapse Magazine, and is also the Editor-in-Chief of the newsletter The Rounds.
